A free image editing program that runs on
Linux, Mac and Windows.
Inkscape
The premiere open source vector editing
software. It runs on Linux and Windows, and it's free to use.
Jimmac
One of my
favorite designers. He's very active in the Linux desktop design community and creates very cool icons and wallpapers.
